Research Use Terms
Effective September 13, 2026. These terms set the boundary for accounts, orders, recurring reorder plans, and laboratory research materials supplied by Matter Compounds.
Matter Compounds materials are offered strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, food use, cosmetic use, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic use.
By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, are qualified and authorized to purchase the materials, and will handle, store, and dispose of them under appropriate laboratory procedures and applicable law.
Information on this site describes laboratory identity, documentation, and research context only. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician-patient, veterinarian-client, or other clinical relationship. Matter Compounds makes no health, diagnostic, or therapeutic claim for any material.
Submitting checkout information requests an order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Payment may be authorized and held while the order is reviewed. Matter Compounds may decline, cancel, limit, or request additional verification for an order when identity, authorization, availability, compliance, or fraud concerns arise. An accepted order is confirmed only after review and payment capture.
Recurring-order payments are collected automatically by Stripe on the selected schedule and then enter Matter Compounds review before fulfillment. Availability, price, lot assignment, and documentation status may change before acceptance. We will release an authorization or issue an appropriate refund when an order is declined after payment activity, subject to payment-network timing.
A recurring reorder plan authorizes Stripe to charge the displayed recurring amount every one to twelve months, according to the schedule selected before checkout, until canceled. The schedule, recurring savings, materials, quantities, and renewal terms are shown before enrollment. There is no minimum commitment.
You may manage payment details or cancel through the Reorder Plans area of your account. A cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in the Stripe customer portal. Canceling after a renewal has already been charged does not automatically cancel that order, but you may contact support and the order remains subject to Matter Compounds review and refund rules.
Each renewal remains subject to account eligibility, released lot documentation, lawful research use, inventory availability, and internal review. Matter Compounds may pause or cancel a plan and refund a renewal when those conditions are not met. Recurring orders are not eligible for separate promotion or account-credit codes because recurring savings are already included.
You are responsible for accurate account and shipping information, for protecting your credentials, and for activity under your account. You may not use the site to misrepresent identity or intended use, interfere with site security, resell materials for prohibited uses, or violate applicable law.
Matter Rewards issues promotional account credit only. Credit has no cash value, is not money back, is not transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It may be applied only to a future eligible Matter Compounds order while the credit remains active.
A referral must involve a new and separately verified qualified-research account. The referred account may receive one stated invite or partner-code benefit on its first eligible order only. The referring account may earn one tiered credit for that customer's first qualifying order after the order is accepted, payment is captured, and the stated qualification period is completed. Repeat orders remain part of internal acquisition reporting but never create another referral discount or reward. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, paid code listings, misleading product claims, and other program abuse are prohibited.
Volume pricing is calculated automatically from the eligible vial quantity. Matter Compounds applies the single best eligible volume tier, promotion, referral benefit, subscription price, or account credit; discounts do not stack. Declined, canceled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent orders do not qualify. Matter Compounds may review, delay, reverse, or cancel credit and suspend program participation when eligibility or abuse concerns arise.
A certificate applies only to the identified lot and the analyses stated in that document. An In Review record is not a certificate, test result, purity statement, pass decision, or release authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matter Compounds is not responsible for losses caused by use outside the stated research boundary, improper handling or storage, unauthorized resale, or reliance on information beyond the scope of a lot-specific document.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, will require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@mattercompounds.com.
